Incentive Opportunities

Initial Term up to 12 Months
10% of the total contract value on the first 12 months

Initial Term of 12 Months+
The greater of 10% of the initial term, plus 2% of the contract value for months 13-36; OR 5% of the total contract value

Renewals
2% of the total contract value for additional months

Expansions
10% of the total contract value on growth within the location

In order to receive the referral commission referenced here, you are required to register your client(s) with the Life Time Work representative (details below) in advance of touring the space.
