Is there a reservation deposit?
Resident Open and Resident Office memberships require a one-time refundable reservation deposit equal to one month’s dues. This reservation is subject to be refunded within 30 days of the last active day of membership pending a move-out inspection of the space. Lounge memberships do not require a reservation deposit.

Reserving a conference room
Members can reserve a conference room for a fee through the member portal in advance for every 30 minutes the room is reserved. We have three different sizes of conference rooms with several including a TV, whiteboards, video and phone conferencing systems. Please leave conference rooms as you would like to find them.
